How do I know which size fits my plant?
Measure the outer diameter of your nursery pot. Choose a basket with an inner opening at least 1 inch wider. Every product page lists the inner diameter. Not sure? Check our size guide or email us.
Will water leak through the basket onto my floor?
Some baskets include a plastic liner — it is noted on each product page. If yours does not, keep the nursery pot inside and place a drip saucer underneath. The basket itself is not waterproof.
Will the seagrass basket get moldy?
It can if it stays wet for extended periods. Empty drip saucers within 30 minutes of watering, keep the nursery pot inside the basket, and place it in a room with normal airflow. Most customers use ours for years without issue.
The color looks different from the photo — is that normal?
Yes. Seagrass is a natural fiber and its color ranges from green-tinted to golden-tan depending on the harvest. It shifts toward warm golden indoors over time. This is not a defect — it is what natural material does.
Is it safe around pets and kids?
Yes. Seagrass and jute are natural plant fibers with no synthetic coatings or toxic dyes. No sharp edges, and the basket will not shatter if knocked over — which is one reason many pet and kid households choose woven over ceramic.
What if it does not fit or is not what I expected?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Email support@pinegardens.com with your order number and we will walk you through it. If the item arrived damaged, we cover the return shipping.
